Therapeutic Massage
This form of massage is a combination of swedish & non-swedish massage techniques along with other soft tissue manipulations focused on increasing circulation and improving overall muscle health. With this type of treatment, the goal is to decrease areas of hypertonicity (over-tight muscles) and adhesions and increase flexibility and range of motion. Generally the time is spent focused on a couple of different areas that need the most attention.
Relaxation Massage
This is a stress-reducing form of massage sure to relax mind and body. This massage treatment is comprised of primarily swedish techniques that are long, smooth and rhythmical, which promotes a high level of relaxation. Often this type of massage is done as a full body treatment (at least a 60 minute treatment is required for a full body massage).

RAPID Neurofascial Reset
If you've tried everything to rid your pain, you haven't tried this! Advanced Pregnancy Massage
Advanced pregnancy massage is the perfect way to lower stress for mom-to-be (and baby), as well as alleviate the strain and discomfort that is common during pregnancy. This type of treatment is designed to be safe and appropriate during all trimesters of pregnancy and postpartum. With regular prenatal massage, we will address any discomfort that may develop as you grow with your pregnancy, as well as help your body prepare for labour. Our RMT's have attended multiple advanced training courses specifically for Advanced Pregnancy Massage over and above their basic Massage Therapy training.

Hot Stone massage is the perfect way to treat yourself! This type of massage can be both relaxing as well as therapeutic. We use high quality basalt stones that have been carefully heated in water to a perfect soothing temperature. Feel your aches and pains melt away with the combination of relaxation massage techniques and the use of the smooth thermal stones. The 45 minute session is an upper body treatment including your arms, neck and back, while the 90 minute session is a full body Hot Stone treatment.

Thai Tibetan Aroma Oil Massage
This luxury massage treatment combines techniques influenced by Traditional Thai Massage, as well as Tibetan and Swedish Massage. Typically it is performed with coconut oil infused with Jasmine essential oil, however you can choose from a select few of our essential oils such as Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Vanilla, Neroli or Peppermint. If you prefer, coconut oil may be used without additional scents, or you can choose from one of our other unscented massage oils.
